To monitor environmental impacts of the construction of the Wholesale Fish Market, an Environmental Committee (EC) including representative from the nearby residents was set up before the commencement of construction of the Project to closely supervise the construction of the Wholesale Fish Market. The EC shall advise on and monitor the proper design and construction of the Wholesale Fish Market according to the EIA Report (Register No.: AEIAR-070/2003) and the Environmental Permit, and to follow-up on environmental complaints about the construction of the Wholesale Fish Market.
